The ask: Develop promotional copy for a new vegan and vegetarian catering business. The client requested that the copy reflect their culinary expertise, imaginative approach to vegetables, and subtly nod to their NYC location.

For example, the tagline "Taking vegetables to new heights" is meant to evoke imagery of New York's towering skyscrapers and reference their elevated dining experiences.
